Flooring Installation Technician Needed!

We are looking for a full-time Flooring Installation Technician to join our rapidly growing team. Our flooring installers are skilled, reliable, detail-oriented, and have a solid understanding of the construction and remodeling processes.

Our office is located in Plant City, FL. All applicants MUST live in Plant City or nearby areas like Lakeland, Brandon, Valrico, Winter Haven, or Auburndale.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare construction site each day including materials, tools, and equipment
• Complete previous projects or receive new project instructions from the construction manager or supervisor
• Consult team leaders and manager on construction plans
• Follow instructions and use tools and equipment to complete daily tasks
• Follow all health and safety regulations when operating equipment
• Complete all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner
• Clean and clear debris and hazardous materials
• Ensure construction equipment and tools are cleaned and stored properly

Minimum Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• 3 years previous experience in construction preferred
• Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 40 pounds
• Computer literate
• Able to work independently or as an active member of a team
• Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
