Older Davenport, Loughman, and Haines City kitchens are the other job: closed layouts, laminate, and plumbing that has to move if you want an island or an open wall. Ask us to check what is inside the wall you want to remove. In a lot of Central Florida homes that wall is load-bearing or hides plumbing and HVAC runs.

Week one is measure and, if you have not been, the showroom. Boxes get ordered before we pull the old run if the tier is settled. Demo week is when the sink goes down. A ChampionsGate refresh can keep a temporary wash station. An open-wall job in Haines City cannot.
Stone templates after the new boxes are set and level. That is a second site visit, not the same day as demo. Appliances land when the boxes can take them. The last week is hardware, paint touch, and the walkthrough.
